What do I need to rent a car?
UAE residents need a valid UAE driving licence and Emirates ID. Visitors need their passport, a home-country licence and an International Driving Permit. Minimum driver age is 18 across the whole fleet.
Is there a security deposit?
Personal rentals carry a refundable deposit of AED 1,500, held on your card and released after the car is returned and any Salik or fines are settled. Corporate contracts have no deposit.
How much mileage is included?
250 km per day on daily and weekly rentals, and 5,000 km per month on monthly contracts. Extra kilometres are charged at a flat per-km rate quoted before you sign.
Can I cancel after booking?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up. Inside 48 hours, contact us and we will move the booking to another date rather than charge you.
Do the discounts stack?
The weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically based on rental length, so you always get the better of the two. Corporate pricing is quoted separately by our fleet team.
