Before you call
How quickly can you deliver a car?
Same day in most cases. If you message us before mid-afternoon we can usually have the car with you that evening, at our office, DXB or your hotel.
Can I extend a rental that has already started?
Yes — message the same WhatsApp number. If the extension pushes you past seven or thirty days, the better weekly or monthly rate is applied to the whole period.
Do you handle Salik and traffic fines?
Salik tolls are billed at cost at the end of the rental. Any fine is passed on with the official record attached, so you can see exactly what was charged and when.
