Cancellation Policy
Cancel free up to 48 hours before pick-up. What happens inside that window, and how refunds are handled.
1. Free cancellation window
Cancel more than 48 hours before your pick-up time and there is no charge at all. Any amount already paid is refunded in full, and the security deposit hold is released.
2. Cancelling inside 48 hours
Inside the 48-hour window, contact us before you cancel. In almost every case we will move the booking to another date at no cost rather than charge you a fee.
Where a rental is cancelled inside 48 hours and cannot be rescheduled, we retain one day of the rental charge. The remainder is refunded.
3. No-shows
If you do not arrive and do not contact us within two hours of the agreed pick-up time, the booking is treated as a no-show and one day of the rental charge is retained. The rest is released.
Flight delays do not count as no-shows. Send us the flight number when you book and we track it.
4. Returning a car early
Unused full days are refunded on daily and weekly rentals. If ending early takes the rental below seven or thirty days, the applicable shorter-term rate is recalculated across the period actually used.
Monthly and corporate contracts follow the notice period stated on the signed agreement.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 7 to 14 working days depending on your bank. Security deposit holds are released once Salik, fines and any damage are settled.
6. If we cancel
If we cannot supply a vehicle, we first offer a car of the same or a higher category at no extra cost. If that is not acceptable to you, everything paid is refunded in full, including delivery charges.
7. How to cancel
